Whether you cope with anxiety or not, we all encounter difficulty in life that impacts our emotional well-being. This specialty meditation class will feature the RAIN practice, which is a combination of mindfulness and compassion. Expect to leave with tools to support you whenever challenging feelings arise.

This workshop will explore the foundations of arm balances, and all the places you can take them! Learn how to build strength and dexterity, proper alignment and core engagement, and lots of other tips and tricks!

In this workshop, you will learn the basic mechanics of the postures most frequently used in a Yonder Flow, such as Chaturanga, Warriors, and Crescent Lunges. You’ll also learns ways to modify, strengthen and elevate the poses! If you’ve never had a one-on-one session, this workshop is perfect for helping you deepen your practice!

This class is the perfect opportunity for expecting and new moms to learn not only how to safely practice yoga during pregnancy and postpartum but also how to use yoga and meditation to ease common pregnancy discomforts, prepare for an easier labor and help speed postpartum recovery. As a registered prenatal yoga teacher, I’m thrilled to share some of my favorite yoga tips and tricks for a happier, healthier pregnancy and postpartum. We’ll flow through a mini prenatal power flow, learn what poses to avoid/modify during a traditional yoga class, and end with a calming meditation for some ever-important stress relief.
