Let’s get funky! This will be a classic Yonder Flow set to an ABBA soundtrack. Bust out your sequins and flare pants and we’ll groove. This is a 60-minute vinyasa-based power yoga class. All experience levels are welcome.

Get your Beyoncé Renaissance Concert experience while on your yoga mat. Flow and sweat to some of Queen Bey’s newest as well as greatest hits on the same weekend that her tour arrives to Atlanta. Class is heated to 93 degrees and all experience levels are welcome.

If you are feeling incredibly overwhelmed, give your anxiety a break by immersing yourself in your senses. This specialty Meditation class will feature a light-hearted noting practice in which we pretend we’re robots that are rebooting. Why? Because robots don’t freak out, that’s why!

Join us for a special sound immersion at Yonder Yoga. Alex Ballew of Secret River Sounds will be filling the room with deep tones from the gong, gentle melodies from the crystal harp, vibrations from singing bowls, didgeridoos, rain sticks, bells, drums and more. Drift into the stillness below the mind and access the parasympathetic nervous system for an opportunity to let go, rejuvenate, feel grounded and become deeply relaxed. Participants have an opportunity for emotional revelation, a chance to connect with themselves and ultimately tap into their innate ability for self healing.
You’ll be laying on the floor, so come prepared with cozy props like a yoga mat, a blanket or two, a pillow, etc. An eye mask and bolster are great additions. Your body may become cool as you lay still, so socks are recommended to keep your feet warm. The more comfortable you are, the deeper you’ll go.

Do you want to introduce your child to the practice of yoga? Does your child always ask you what you do when you come to Yonder? Then this workshop is definitely for your child! Through breath and movement, our young yogis will develop self-confidence, self-awareness and self-control. Starting a yoga practice at a young age establishes a foundation for a strong mind and body. My goal is for our young yogis to learn the basics of yoga as well as how to take their yoga practice off the mat into everyday life.
$30 per class.
This class is the perfect opportunity for expecting and new moms to learn not only how to safely practice yoga during pregnancy and postpartum but also how to use yoga and meditation to ease common pregnancy discomforts, prepare for an easier labor and help speed postpartum recovery. As a registered prenatal yoga teacher, I’m thrilled to share some of my favorite yoga tips and tricks for a happier, healthier pregnancy and postpartum. We’ll flow through a mini prenatal power flow, learn what poses to avoid/modify during a traditional yoga class, and end with a calming meditation for some ever-important stress relief.
