Our Midtown / Virginia-Highlands yoga studio on Monroe Drive is located in the Midtown Promenade development with Trader Joe’s, Snooze, Alici, Les Mains, and more.

There is ample free surface parking throughout the complex. Free, unmetered parking is located in the lot in front of Trader Joe’s (excluding Trader Joe’s reserved spots). There is also spillover parking available in the lot to the right of Trader Joe’s by Midtown Arts Cinema that offers 2-hour free parking.
