A 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School, Yonder’s Teacher Training will lead you through an in-depth course on the history, anatomy, and science of yoga, before giving you the tools to lead your very own yoga class. Yonder Teacher Training’s are meant to be personal, intimate opportunities for growth and self-discovery, so we cap training classes at 20 to ensure you get the most out of your training experience.

Hi future yoga teachers! My name is Charlotte, and I am so excited and honored to be your lead trainer for the upcoming Yonder Teacher Training in January. If you are saying to yourself, “I don’t know if I am ready for training,” then I totally get that. We all like to think that we either don’t have enough time, or maybe we haven’t been practicing yoga long enough. Or maybe we still hate revolved chair pose (which let’s face it, everyone hates chair pose). As someone who got certified without being able to do crow or headstand, I hear you. As someone who completed my training in early 2012 but didn’t teach until late 2014, I understand where you are coming from. As someone who was terrified to teach for so long, I get it. But I encourage you to think about this one little phrase: “Show up before you’re ready.”


We can wait until we feel ready, but that means we will be waiting forever. And I don’t know about you, but for me, some of the best things I have ever done are because I showed up, all in, before I felt ready. So show up and try. Show up before your warrior two looks perfect. Show up before your busy life slows down. Show up, and see what happens. Your time is now.
