I’ve always loved any workout that was challenging and resulted in a good sweat. I started using yoga poses to help my sore muscles, but once I learned about heated vinyasa, I was hooked. I started practicing yoga multiple times a week and immediately saw improvements in my physical and mental fitness. All of the sudden, I was much more appreciative of what I am capable of and craved the rush from pushing my limits during class. 


I believe that yoga is for everyone. Your practice is your own, and there is always something for you to work on, even if it’s different from the person sitting next to you. I work to bring energy and encouragement to all of my classes so that for at least one hour, you can focus on yourself and leave feeling accomplished and sweaty.
