“Yoga has become one of the main pillars in my life. It’s allowed me to connect more to myself and others and find a constant flow of positivity.”

When I was 13, I was reluctantly dragged to a hot yoga class with my mom. I remember seeing stars and thinking I was going to pass out, but what I remember even more was the euphoric feeling I had afterwards. Part of it was endorphins and part of it was calmness (which is saying a lot since I was a very energetic kid). Fast forward to now, and yoga has become one of the main pillars in my life. It’s allowed me to connect more to myself and others and find a constant flow of positivity.

“Yoga has become one of the main pillars in my life. It’s allowed me to connect more to myself and others and find a constant flow of positivity.”

My classes are driven by the very same energy I felt after my first class. Through creative and fun flows (and bumpin’ tunes), my goal is to help you leave Yonder feeling that sense of euphoria that brings more bliss, strength, and connection to your life.
