Fitness has always been a part of my life since I was a kid. As someone that has a LOT of energy, exercise was a way to help manage stress and create balance in my life.
My journey with Yonder started after I found Yonder Yoga under my ‘recommended pages’ on Instagram. I was already part of a gym, but I was toying with the idea of trying yoga instead. At the time, I was in a high stress job, and my normal running routine wasn’t giving me the mental release I craved. I ended up taking a leap of faith and becoming a founding member (98/100!) and haven’t looked back. The workouts got me in the door, but the Yonder community kept me here. I completed my teacher training in December, and I am excited to share the gift of yoga with you. If you are able to leave your stress on your mat by the end of class, I’ve done my job right!
