Playing sports and working out have always been a big part of my life. I love the mental focus, the physical strength required, and the feeling you have when you’re done with a game or workout. A few years ago, I started to incorporate yoga once a week into my routine. I thought it would be a good way to stretch and de-stress from work and everyday life. What I didn’t expect is that it would be just as much of a challenge as anything else I was doing (if not more)! I’ve reaped the benefits of mental clarity, more energy and an overall mindfulness that didn’t exist for me prior.
I’m so thankful I found the Yonder community and for the benefits yoga has brought to my life. I want to share those same benefits with my students in a fun, high-energy, and challenging class. I hope students leave feeling empowered (and sweaty) and wanting to come back for more!
