My yoga journey started my freshman year of college when my friend and I figured we would go to a heated vinyasa flow. We were expecting it to be super easy, and come to find out, it was not! I was immediately obsessed. I walked out of the class feeling like a brand new person. Over the years, my practice has evolved – I love my time in the studio and I have come to value how yoga has truly transformed other parts of my life. I am excited to be able to help students deepen their own unique practice on the mat and help foster gratitude and growth off the mat!
