I started doing yoga as a way to increase flexibility and prevent injury, but I fell in love with the challenge of the practice. I decided to do teacher training to deepen my practice and share my passion of yoga with others. I love the combination of physical and mental benefits of yoga – especially those you get from a heated practice. I enjoy the life lessons yoga teaches you. I’ve learned discipline, focus, patience, hard work, creating space, never giving up, courage, and that life is all about constantly learning and growing. I love this Yonder community, and I look forward to seeing you in class!
