During my freshman year of high school, I started going to yoga in an attempt to combat my harsh sports practices. Little did I know, I discovered an overwhelming passion for yoga. As a former dancer and gymnast, I was drawn to the grace and strength integrated into the practice. I became obsessed with going upside down and being fully immersed in the moment. When I am not in the studio, you can find me exploring the outdoors, hanging by a fire with friends, or cooking in the kitchen.

My goal as a teacher is to choreograph a class where you can challenge your mental and physical strength as you flow to the music. I am honored to have the opportunity to lead y’all through your practice, and I can’t wait to see you in class!
