Movement and the joy of sharing it with others has been a constant in my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up as a dancer, I used yoga as a recovery between performances here and there but it wasn’t until much later in life that I understood the deep rooted benefits of treating it like the true practice it is, and it wasn’t until I stepped through the doors of Yonder that I immediately knew this was the community for me. I love the mind-body connection yoga challenges us to find while building grounding and functional strength in practice and daily life – having taught group fitness along my journey, I’m thrilled to be back in the studio and hope my classes offer a space for students to grow both on and off of their mats!
