I found yoga in High school where I was a 3 sport athlete and sadly injured my hip flexor senior year. After physical therapy, it was recommended to me to start yoga to increase my flexibility and strengthen my muscles in a different way then what I was previously doing. Once I started yoga, I quickly became addicted, as I think we all do! I loved that it challenged me in a new way and that is never any judgement, only encouragement. When I moved to Atlanta after college, I was trying to find a place to do yoga of course but to also find friends! I was lucky enough to be introduced to my now friend and fellow Yonder Teacher Cameron Clark who told me I should try it and boy oh boy I am SO glad she did.

Finding this community has helped me find my home here in Atlanta and now with Yonder. I hope that I can help you do the same, by constant encouragement, laughter, and of course a sweaty hour of yoga. See you on your mat soon!

I took the leap to become a yoga teacher because I believe so strongly in the power of the practice and what it can do for anyone and everyone, and teaching gives me the opportunity to share the practice with others. I’m so grateful for the opportunity and can’t wait to see you in the studio. Let’s flow, yogis!
