I began my yoga practice 10 years ago, when a hot yoga studio opened in my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. Initially I would show up to my mat for a killer workout, but after a while I realized that I was getting so much more than just a calorie burn from my yoga practice. It was a way for me to challenge my perfectionism and focus on being present in the moment.
I’ve lived in ATL for 4 years now and after joining the Yonder community, I knew I wanted to not only deepen my practice but guide others as well. My goal is to always teach a fun, high energy, and SWEATY class. I encourage all of my students to look for ways to embrace imperfections and enjoy this moving meditation. I can’t wait to see you at the studio!
