While my first yoga class was over 10 years ago, the asana practice only became a keystone in my life about 5 years ago. For me, yoga created a sense of patience and grace that I didn’t often find in my fast-paced corporate world. My mind and body craved the time on my mat, and no matter what I needed from my practice, all I had to do was show up, take what I needed to grow, and leave everything else that wasn’t serving me on my mat.
“As a teacher, I hope to bring the same energetic love I received in my yoga practice to each and every one of my students”
In 2019, I took a leap of faith and left my 8-year career to fully devote myself to our yoga community. As a teacher, I hope to bring the same energetic love I received in my yoga practice to each and every one of my students. You can expect my classes to have a methodical flow that allows you to feel a deep connection with your breath, body, and community.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned student, I strive to create a space for you to show up as you are, explore fearlessly, and to move in a way that empowers you. Take time to honor yourself so that you can find more balance and ease in your life off the mat.
