In college, I found free yoga on the lawn and, as an avid runner, I couldn’t touch my toes. I was initially drawn to yoga to increase flexibility. As I deepened my physical practice, I quickly discovered the emotional and mental benefits of yoga.

Through the twists and turns of my twenties and thirties, I have consistently returned to my mat to find myself again. Whether it’s to tune inward, to play, to feel strong, to sweat it out, to experience relief- I am most interested in facilitating space for others to discover exactly what they need on their mat that day.
