I’m a photographer, writer, soon-to-be-mama—and now yoga teacher! I grew up in Atlanta, then ventured up north for a few years to study English at Princeton University (I’ll nerd out with you on close readings, film theory or the Bronte sisters anytime, y’all). While there, I was a member of the Varsity Springboard Diving Team, so you may see me reliving my college glory days with a handstand or two in yoga class. After college, I moved back down South and married my high school sweetheart, Stevie. We’re expecting our first baby this August!  When I’m not at the studio, you can find me editing pretty pictures (probably with The Office or Parks & Rec in the background), dreaming up my next trip, and hangin’ with my black cat, Nimbus.

I’m a big fan of old fashions and green smoothies because #balance, and I could eat Mexican food every night of the week. I first discovered yoga after college when I was looking for a way to maintain my flexibility, and I’ve been hooked from the start. I love the way that yoga quiets my mind, pulls me into the present moment, and leaves me feeling both exhausted and restored by the end of a class. My goal as a teacher is to create a peaceful space amid the chaos of your day where you can check your burdens at the door and feel empowered on your mat. Get ready to feel uplifted, encouraged, and challenged after flowing with me!
