Jessi Hamilton


Growing up as a dancer for 15 years, I’ve always believed dance is an art of human movement and therapy. I started practicing yoga on and off for years in hopes to reconnect with my roots, and it wasn’t until I found Yonder that I became consistent in my holistic wellness journey. The chaos of life can be overwhelming, but my hope is that my class can hold a space for students to find peace, feel empowered to try something new, and to heal through movement (with a dope playlist leading the way).
When I’m not in the studio, you can find me all over the Beltline, trying out new workout studios around Atlanta, or crossing places off my travel bucket list.
