I have to start by thanking Laura Harris for introducing me to yoga about 6 years ago. Yoga started as a once-a-week type of exercise for me. It was not until Yonder opened that I wanted to start practicing more. I love that yoga is a practice, and every time I am on my mat, I am learning something new. The amazing community, inspiring teachers, awesome music, and perfect message every time got me hooked. Yoga is a part of my life. To me, it is a way to connect mind, body and breath. Yonder Yoga is my happy place. I am so excited to be a part of this Yonder Yoga Team of teachers. In my classes, I want you to be challenged, get sweaty, and leave class with a smile on your face!
