I discovered yoga in 2019 as a way to incorporate low impact exercises into my routine! I fell in love, and here I am. I love that yoga encourages a strong connection between body & mind, it teaches us to listen to our bodies and honor our unique journeys. And at Yonder, the community element made a huge difference for me! As humans, our ability to thrive is intricately linked to our connections with others, and I love the emphasis Yonder places on community connection. I am originally from Colombia, but grew up in both Colombia, Japan and the US! Aside from my love for yoga, I love dancing and exploring different cultures. I’m passionate about social impact and leaving a legacy of love in the world.
