Hi there! My yoga journey started a few years ago as a New Year’s resolution in effort to switch things up from HIIT workouts that would cause strain on my body. From my first class at Yonder, I was hooked! I loved that yoga challenged me but also forced me to slow down and breathe. There are so many life lessons and bits of wisdom that you can transfer from your mat and into your life 🙂 Outside of yoga, you can find me trying new restaurants with friends or planning my next vacation. My hope is that you feel strong, confident, and accomplished after taking a class with me. See you on your mat!
