My yoga journey started right here at Yonder Yoga. While searching for a way to decompress at the end of work, I discovered Yonder and immediately knew that I had found the most empowering and supportive community. The studio quickly became my favorite place to close out the day. I left each class feeling challenged, energized, and like I could breathe a little easier than before. As a teacher, I aim to bring that same energy to my classes. Students can expect dynamic sequences that are both challenging and fun. It is my hope that the studio becomes a space where students come to feel connected, balanced, and refreshed. When I’m not at Yonder, you can catch me walking my adorable pup at Piedmont Park or taking a day trip down the BeltLine. I look forward to seeing you in class!
