Teacher

A woman standing in front of a white wall.

When I first tried yoga as a teenager, it was a simple practice with no music, just movements filling the space. I remember really enjoying it and leaving that class feeling light and peaceful. Since those early days, yoga has been a constant companion, shaping my path and grounding me through life’s ups and downs.

Then, a few years ago, my journey took a beautiful turn when my daughter, Isabella, started teaching yoga at Yonder. Watching her embark on this amazing experience at such a young age filled me with immense pride and inspiration. Her passion sparked my own and deepened my love for yoga.

This inspiration, my evolving understanding of yoga, and my individual development led me to become a teacher. This decision felt natural. I am committed to growing as a teacher and hope to inspire others to discover and nurture their love for yoga through each class.
