Yoga first entered my life as a way to recover, strengthen, and support my body through years of sports training. What I didn’t expect was how deeply the practice would impact my mind. As someone who has always struggled with anxiety while balancing the demands of a stressful corporate career, yoga became far more than movement — it became a way to find peace, clarity, and steadiness through life’s challenges.
To me, yoga is the practice of finding presence through the breath, regardless of the movement in the body or the chaos of the environment around us. My intention as a teacher is to help students arrive in a grounded and present headspace where we can move, breathe, smile, and explore what we’re capable of together. I hope every class feels both empowering and approachable — a space where you can challenge yourself while still feeling connected to joy and ease.
