Yoga found me during a transition period in my career. I was working two jobs, and the mental and physical stress was taking its toll. I was craving a space where I could restore my energy and connect with my body and mind. Yoga enabled me to balance the unpredictability of life with experiencing the now for what it is.

As a teacher, I want to cultivate a space for you to feel creative, balanced, and refreshed. I wholeheartedly believe that yoga is for everyone and that this practice can challenge and empower you. I encourage you to say yes, show up for yourself, step onto your mat, and let the rest unfold. I can’t wait to see you in class!
