I started practicing yoga as a way to manage burnout from my desk job. What began as a casual workout soon became something more—a way to reconnect with myself and find balance. Over time, yoga has evolved into a practice that I carry with me both in and out of the studio.
I enjoy creating a class environment that’s both fun and challenging, where everyone can feel comfortable and present, whether you’re here for the physical practice or just need a break from the demands of everyday life. My goal is for you to leave feeling more grounded and with a renewed sense of energy.
When I’m not in the studio, you’ll likely find me exploring Atlanta’s coffee shops & breweries, watching the Dawgs or traveling to visit friends and family.
