Physical activity has always been a big part of my life, but my knees aren’t built to sustain the amount of running I enjoy. When I started practicing yoga regularly, it made an incredible difference in my body. Not only are the physical benefits undeniable, but what really hooked me were the mental benefits. The stress relief that yoga provides has been life-changing for me, and I love being able to share that with others.
My goal for class is for you to leave the stresses of the outside world behind, find space to grow in your practice, and leave feeling inspired. I hope these 60 minutes can be a bright spot in your day.
