I began practicing yoga to stretch my body from consistent muscle pain from soccer and running. Little did I know how much the practice would challenge me and provide mental clarity. I remember the the yoga teacher instructing crow in my first class and thinking I would never be able to balance without face planting! Fast forward 5 years, I decided to begin the journey of becoming a yoga teacher myself!

As a teacher, my goal is to guide my students to find their own unique style and revel in all of the benefits of yoga! Fun beats guaranteed! Can’t wait to see you in class 🙂
