I first found yoga while recovering from a running injury. While my physical therapy offered me a targeted path to recovery, yoga is what has served as a holistic practice to maintaining my physical health. The mobility, balance, strength, and mindfulness I’ve cultivated have empowered me both on my mat and beyond the studio! My class vibes are chill, elevated and made to challenge. When I’m not at the studio you can find me exploring ATL, being a big foodie, or taking a workout class!
