Jill Edwards



My yoga journey began in my early 30s. Once I completed the first week of my yoga practice, I was hooked and never looked back. Whether I was working a full time job or staying busy raising my kids, there was so much value gained in such a short amount of time. I always left the studio feeling both physically and emotionally rejuvenated.

Fast forward to my life now, and my passion for yoga only continues to grow.  No matter what challenges life presents, yoga is a pathway to help navigate the journey.  Whether taking risks, pushing yourself or simply finding stillness, yoga offers all of us the opportunity to build greater personal awareness along with physical and emotional healing.  I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to complete my teacher training at Yonder and join such an amazing group of teachers, many of whom have helped me deepen my own practice over the past several years.  My goal is to provide students with a  high-energy physical workout while focusing on spiritual growth and reflection.
