I’ve been a fitness instructor for over a decade, teaching everything from cycling and kickboxing to barre and HIIT. I’m passionate about helping others set big goals and achieve them – there’s nothing like watching someone accomplish something they never thought possible.
I found yoga when I moved to Atlanta in 2016 and started my first corporate job. I was looking for an outlet to maintain mobility in my new sedentary lifestyle, but I gained so much more. Yoga transformed my mindset and became my anchor through some of my most difficult times.
What I love most about yoga is the journey it provides – the constant opportunity to grow, shift, and connect with how your body shows up for you each day. No two practices are the same, and there’s beauty in that.
When I’m not on the mat, I’m a product operations manager, run a physical therapy practice with my husband, and serve on the board of a non-profit advancing women in business. I love cooking, traveling, and time with my husband and our 2 dogs.
