I first stumbled into yoga back in college, honestly just looking to fill additional credits needed in my senior year. I had no idea what a difference those early mornings on the mat would make. Between course work, interviewing for my first job and getting ready to graduate and leave my found family of 4 years, yoga quickly turned into my go-to for finding a little peace and mindfulness. Fast forward a few years, and I found myself in a brand-new city. That’s when yoga came back into my lite. The calm and balance were still there, but this time, it also helped me meet new people and find a new community when I needed it most. I love how Yonder is a place where your flow, music and good vibes meet! I can’t wait to meet you on your mat.
