Eight years ago, I stepped onto a yoga mat for the first time, desperate to ease back pain from car accidents. Let me tell you, it wasn’t pretty! That first class left me feeling sore, sweaty, and completely out of my element, but something about it hooked me. When I found Yonder, everything changed. It became my happy place; a space where I could laugh, wobble, fall, and grow without judgment. Yoga has transformed my life in ways I never imagined, and now I’m here to share that magic with you. To me, yoga is more than poses-it’s a playground for exploring the balance between strength and softness, effort and ease, control and surrender. And honestly, it’s a lot of fun, too. So, roll out your mat, and let’s move, breathe, and laugh our way through this practice together. Who knows? You might surprise yourself.
