I started practicing yoga in 2018 after encouragement from my dad and as a way to decompress from my full time job as a classroom teacher. Having grown up as a ballet and modern dancer, yoga has been a fun and mindful way for me to connect with my body in a way that leads to strength and flexibility. I continued practicing regularly through a move to Chicago and started at Yonder after moving back to Atlanta. I then decided to take my practice to the next level by completing my YTT 200 and am so excited to be a part of the Yonder team! I love not only the Asana portion of a yoga class, but also the chance it gives me to reconnect to my breath and practice mindfulness. I love a challenging yet calm and purposeful yoga flow, which is what you can expect from my classes! When I am not at the studio, you can find me reading, walking, and spending time with my family, friends, and pets. I can’t wait to flow with you!
