Rachel Stevens

As a physical therapist, I understand what a privilege it is to be able to move our bodies. Yoga allows for people to move their bodies intentionally and empowers us to build a strong mind-body connection. I love that yoga is described as a practice. It is a form of exercise that meets you where you are at but can also challenge you to try something new. I love being able to support students by offering hands-on assists and modifications that allow people from all walks of life to reach their goals, both physically and mentally. I can’t wait to practice with you soon!
