Growing up as a competitive athlete through college, I was used to intense, high-impact workouts – they were all I knew. When I first mixed in yoga, it didn’t feel like enough, and I didn’t fully connect to it at the time.
It wasn’t until recent years that I gave it another try after finding Yonder, and everything shifted. From the first class, I felt a sense of community and connection I didn’t realize I was missing. My practice became less about rushing and more about truly connecting to my mind, body, and spirit. Yoga also taught me to let go of high expectations and simply show up as I am. Some days feel strong, some slow – and both are part of the process.
My goal is to create a space for all stages of yogis, where you can show up however you are and feel supported!
When I’m not on the mat, you can find me exploring coffee shops, searching for the best bagel and pizza spots (I’m from New Jersey and would love your recommendations!), walking my golden retriever Bode, or spending time with my husband Greg, friends, and family.
