Jessica Durden

I began my yoga practice when I was about halfway through college. I was working toward my engineering degree which was incredibly stressful at times, and yoga gave me a space to quiet the worries in my mind and let go of the expectations I placed on myself. This practice has made such an impact on my mental and physical health, and has helped me to appreciate all that my body can do. As a teacher, my goal is to create an environment where everyone feels empowered and strong by moving and breathing together. Meet yourself where you are, and the progress will come.
