Hannah Wright

Yoga has meant many things to me over my 10+ years of practicing. It has served as a workout, an emotional release, a social space, and a spiritual journey. Each time I step on the mat my understanding of the practice evolves. I hope to be a guide to others as they explore their own path.

I believe in yoga as a tool to bridge our soul journey with our physical health. I seek to create a space where students can push themselves physically on the mat, and in doing so build the resilience to move through life with confidence and ease. The beauty of yoga lies in its ability to be something unique to each person and to evolve with you over time. As an instructor, I am here to shepard that process; to push you, to question you, to guide you, and to learn from you just as I hope you can learn from me.
