After five years of competing in college sports, my body and mind weren’t ready to jump back into a consistent workout routine. I felt a little lost without my teammates, unmotivated without the drive of competing, and overall pretty burnt out. About two years after graduating, I took my first yoga class. It completely kicked my butt, but I was hooked!
As I became more consistent in my practice, my body started to feel better than it had in years. I first came to Yonder during the pop-ups in January 2025 and immediately fell in love with the community and class style. Now practicing is my favorite part of the day, whether I’m challenging my body and mind or simply showing up to decompress on my mat.
Outside of yoga, I love staying active with my husband, Joey, and our dog, Goose. We’re big fans of coffee walks and being outdoors. I love meeting new people and can’t wait to help others find their “place” on their mat, while keeping the vibes high!
