I discovered yoga during an injury in 2023. After over a year of living with pain in my back, yoga healed me in 3 weeks- I was hooked. I continued yoga as a tool to help me with mindfulness, as a line of communication with my body. Having a few autoimmune conditions, I felt like yoga was the only time I could connect with my body intentionally and meaningfully. I love that my yoga practice evolves daily and however my body is feeling, my yoga practice meets me effortlessly, it is such an inclusive practice. Teaching yoga found me, so naturally, and it has become one of my deepest passions. In my classes you can expect positivity, safety and a loving space for yourself. When I’m not practicing yoga, I am working for Special Olympics, researching anything holistic, spending time with my loved ones or animals.
