Teacher
Movement has always been a part of my life, but my journey with yoga took time to unfold. I first tried a class in high school, but at the time, I didn’t quite connect with it. It wasn’t until later that I truly discovered the depth of yoga beyond just the physical practice.
Throughout the years, I noticed that I was drawn to my mat more often when I was feeling unsure of myself, or when I was going through a particularly tough time. Without even realizing it at first, yoga became my refuge—a place where I could breathe, move, and just be myself. That’s when I truly fell in love with it.
Last year, I took the leap into teacher training and am so grateful to now be part of the Yonder community. Surrounded by inspiring teachers and students, I’ve found a space that feels like home.
As a teacher, I aim to create that same sense of grounding and connection for others. Whether you come for movement, mindfulness, or simply a moment to breathe, I hope to help you discover what yoga can offer—both on and off the mat. Can’t wait to see you in class!
