As someone who never really found my place in sports growing up, I was pretty nervous to step outside my comfort zone and try my first ever yoga class at Yonder class right after the Covid lockdown. Yes, it was sweaty and challenging, but I left that first class feeling energized and proud that I made it through. In class, my hyperactive internal dialogue finally quieted, and I got the opportunity to truly invest in myself for sixty minutes. Not only that, but the Yonder community, filled with passionate students and teachers, makes it a joy to step into the studio and always keeps me coming back for more. Since that very first class, I haven’t looked back, continuing to challenge myself both mentally and physically on and off of my mat.

My goal as a teacher is to provide the same mental and physical challenge that helped me fall in love with yoga in the first place. I hope to create a safe place for you to cultivate your practice, grow more confident in yourself, and have fun along the way!
