Growing up as a competitive dancer, I learned early on the power of connecting mind, body, and breath through movement and sound. During and after college, I hit a season of feeling stuck—disconnected from myself and craving that same sense of flow and freedom. When I discovered Yonder in 2021, everything shifted. Yoga became my sanctuary: a practice rooted in personal love and growth rather than competition (thank goodness!), where I could embrace imperfection, find peace in the process, and rediscover the joy of moving with breath and sound.
In my classes, expect groovy electronic rhythms, sunny energy, and plenty of options—whether you’re craving assists, challenges, room to go hard and play, or simply space to breathe. My goal is simple: to help you step out of your head, away from your to-do lists, and into the present moment and your body. Together, we’ll find connectedness and presence of body and mind, a place to PLAY, and freedom within the four walls of the studio.
