I grew up in the fast-paced world of competitive cheerleading—high-energy movement and big adrenaline were my norm. So when I was first introduced to yoga, I assumed it would be too slow, too gentle, too unlike anything I was used to… But I couldn’t have been more wrong.
What I discovered was a beautiful balance: intentional, low-impact movement that challenged me in all the right ways. Yoga strengthened me, softened me, and deepened the connection between my mind and my body. It met me exactly where I was and still invited me to grow in ways I never expected.
I’m grateful to continue expanding my own practice and to share that experience as an instructor. My goal is to offer a space where you can connect with yourself, build your strength, and grow your confidence. The high energy from my past hasn’t disappeared—it’s just transformed. So in my classes, you can expect intentional movement supported by higher-energy beats.
