For years, my friend tried to convince me to take a hot yoga class with him. My answer was always the same : “No thanks, I don’t like yoga. I did P90x yoga and it wasn’t for me.” Finally he wore me down enough and convinced me to come to a Yonder Yoga class with him in December of 2019… 10 minutes into class, I had already realized how wrong I was. As cliché as it sounds, yoga has truly been life-changing for me. It’s physically the best work out I’ve found (and I’ve tried all the things!); but more importantly for me is the positive impact yoga has had on my mental health. It’s the total package and I could not be more grateful yoga found me when it did. I’m so excited to be a part of this team and community–come join us!
