I have always had a passion for fitness, but you could usually find me in a gym or different type of fitness class. I started taking yoga classes a few years ago as a healthy option to deal with stress. I decided to go all-in and it was the best decision ever! Yoga does amazing things for your body, mind and overall well-being. I never thought I’d become a yoga teacher, but I’m so happy to have joined the Yonder team and practice with such an amazing community. Sometimes I have to remind myself that stepping outside of my comfort zone is where growth actually happens. During the day I’m a consultant, so the hours can get a little hectic and yoga one of the most important parts of my daily routine to help keep me balanced.
I love to travel and trying out local studios is always in my travel plans. It’s always fun to bring new ideas back home with me. When I’m not working, taking yoga or at the gym, I enjoy being outside with my two Maltipoos, Lady and Minnie. I have a weakness for anything chocolate and could eat sushi every day out of the year. Oh and I love clothes too. Fun facts
