If you had told me five years ago I’d one day be a yoga teacher, I would have laughed in your face and lit another cigarette. My first yoga class was during a time in my life when I was 50 pounds overweight and shedding many bad habits. I am a lifetime athlete, but we all lose our way.

Yoga helped me kickstart healthy lifestyle changes that have stuck with me to this day. 50 pounds, a 3rd knee surgery, and a 200-hour training later, here I am. I believe that yoga is for everybody, and my classes reflect that. As a triathlete and washed up lacrosse player, I understand and emphasize the value of recovery, mobility, and especially alignment.
