Teacher
Movement has always been my medicine. As a lifelong athlete and former competitive gymnast, I’ve found joy, strength, and expression through physical activity. But it wasn’t until my junior year of college in 2022, during one of the hardest mental chapters of my life, that I truly understood the power of mindful movement. Feeling disconnected and searching for clarity, I made the decision to travel to Bali in the summer of 2023 to complete my yoga teacher training.
That experience was transformational. It grounded me, gave me peace, and helped me reconnect with my purpose. Since returning, l’ve committed myself to a life that aligns with that sense of balance and authenticity, and to sharing it with others. In my classes, I strive to create a space where students feel held, inspired, and reconnected to themselves. My hope is that everyone who practices with me walks away feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in their own body and mind.
