Teacher
My passion for self-discovery began to take shape in college, where I felt drawn to explore bigger ideas and concepts beyond those I grew up with. My spiritual journey deepened when I moved to the West Coast, where I began my yoga journey. Since then, Yoga has been a space for me to truly show up for myself. It’s a constant reminder of the inner work and a steady presence that keeps me accountable, both physically and spiritually.
Beyond the poses, yoga is a practice of self-awareness, teaching me to breathe through challenges, quiet the noise of the outside world, and reconnect with what feels most true within. It reminds me that growth isn’t always about striving, but about softening, listening, and finding balance. For me, yoga isn’t just movement; it’s a way of living with more patience, compassion, and presence. In my practice and teaching, I aim to create a safe and welcoming space where yogis of all levels can explore, grow, and reconnect with themselves.
