Teacher
My yoga journey began on the volleyball court, where my college team used it as a means for mobility and recovery. But after a major health collapse in 2022 left me unable to walk, yoga became something much more. As I worked to regain strength and motor function, the practice became a sacred space for healing and reconnection—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
I came to understand how much of our human experience is stored in the body, and how breath and movement can bring us back to ourselves. That transformation lit a fire in me to share this practice with others. I first found Yonder while searching for a birthday class to attend with my mom… and I never looked back! After just three classes, I knew this was my community, and I joined teacher training shortly after.
In my classes, you’ll find intuitive movement, breath-led transitions, and intentional playlists that help set the tone. I often build flows around chakra-inspired themes, creating space for students to feel grounded, free, and fully themselves. There’s no mold to fit into—just come as you are! My favorite part of teaching is hearing what resonates after class and connecting with students on a deeper level.
Outside the studio, you can find me creating—arranging flowers, making music, painting, cooking, or exploring nature. I try to bring that same creative, connected energy into every class!
