Teacher
My aunt taught me to meditate when I was 7 or 8, and it was the greatest gift growing up being able to center and present myself no matter the circumstance. In college, I started to research more about meditation, breath work, and eventually began a regular asana practice. I once heard someone describe yoga as coming home to yourself, and I’m completely thrilled for the opportunity to help others come home to themselves. My goal is for my classes to be a sanctuary for anyone and everyone to grow their physical and internal practice.
When I’m not in the studio, you can find me snuggling with my dog, wandering around outside somewhere, cooking a yummy plant-based recipe, or watching a movie with my husband.
